life is good! i love being a missionary! this last week a lot happened!! first on Monday sister Castaneda wanted to go get her nails done, so on Monday we went and got our nails done and i member was there and surprised us by paying for it!! it was so sweet!! then on Tuesday i went on exchanges with sister Burgoyne and so that was a fun time! i love sister Burgoyne so much!! then Thursday we went over to our dinner appointment there names are the allreds, and they washed our car for us, maked homemade cheesecake for dessert, then gave us a whole one to take home, and then sister allred gave us these cook books that she made for us!! ahh then we had one of our investigators named amanda text us and it was her birthday in 2 days so we went by and dropped the cheesecake off as a birthday present, and then to come to find out that the only kind of treat she eats is cheesecake!! it was awesome!! then friday a member taught us how to make homemade biscuits and saturday we had stake conference and one of the general authorities came and talked to us!! then sunday one of our investigators named cristal lopez came to church!! she is such a sweet girl! she is 18 years old, and has a date for the 12th of sept. hopefully everything will work out!! ahhh please pray for cristal and her mom sunshine!!!
this week will be a crazy week!! today i am going up to kingwood, tomorrow i will be in kingwood all day, wednesday is zone conference, and thursday to friday i am going on exchanges so i literally wont be in my area all week long practically!! and on top of that, sister tavoian is coming back with us today so for the next two weeks we will be in a trio again!
ahaha so a lot has been happening but a lot of spirital things have been happening as well.!! we have been teaching these people named cristal, sunshine, calvin, and amanda!! they are the ones we are really focusing on right now! cristal this week gave the most genuine prayer ever!! and she has told us that she wants to get baptized is just she is worried with what her grandma will think. then her mom is just as awesome!! she really wants to get baptized we just now have to tell her about how she cant live witht the opposite sex if they arent married. and right now she has a couple of homeless people living at her home... hahah then amanda this week we taught her the plan of salvation and when teaching her her eyes just started tearing up!! i dont know!! there is just a lot of wonderful miracles but yet a lot that we still have to figure out. but i love that our heavenly father is always willing to help us as we try to do our best! i love this work and i love this gospel!! it brings me more joy than anything else does. this gospel is true and it is for everyone! i love you all!! yall are my heros! thank you for everything you guys do for me!!
